To access our status page, go to status.nine.ch. There you will find information about current incidents, planned maintenance and work by third parties that may affect the availability of our services.

Once a problem has been detected, a status notification will appear on the relevant page, our technicians will already be working on the issue. If you encounter problems, please visit this page and notify us only if we are not yet aware of the problem.
