How can I restart the server (Remote Hands)?

As we do not always have staff on-site at the data center, we ourselves have to organise an employee to carry out even a simple restart of a server.

If you do not take up the remote reboot option or if the server does not start up despite a remote reboot, we perform a restart or to analyse the problem on-site for a fee.
